I HAD NEVER SEEN A LIGHT MOVING IN SUCH A FASHION IN THe sky. The
LIGHT IN THIS CASE AS IN THE CASE OF A SEARCHLIGHT. ANOTHER DIFFERENCE:
AFTER THE FIRST TURN, THERE WAS A LITTLE FLUTTERING IN THE MOTION OF
THE LIGHT, WHICH LASTED TO THE END.
I THOUGHT THAT THE EXPLANATION OF A SEARCHLIGHT COULD NOT ACCOUNT FOR
THE PHENOMENON BECAUSE THE LIGHT WAS VISIBLE IN THE DARK SKY AS WELL AS
NOT TELL WHETHER THE LIGHT HAD PASSED BEHIND OR BEFORE THAT CLOUD, NOR
COULD I REMEMBER WHETHER THE LUMINOSITY HAD CHANGED WHEN IT WAS BEFORE
(OR BeHIND) THe NO DIFFERENCE

craft in the area. The possibility of its being an unknown aircraft

The object passed from the witness!
window as it went over the house. The witness immediately went into
his living room to see if the object was now visible from this (the
opposite) side of his home. He did not see the object so he returned
to the kitchen window. Here he caught sight of the object which had
apparently turned above his home. The object passed in view acros3
the kitchen window and headed once again towards his home. I The witness

The witness told no one of his experience until talking with a
good friend who began talking about UFOs. The witness then related
his e experience to this friend who-in-turn phoned Chairman Raymond
Fowler.
EVALUATION:
The witness struck me as being sober, intelligent and of average
capability as an observer. He obviously was not seeking publicity as
he demands his name be kept He apparently was relating
