UFO Disclosure Revelations: The 2012 Connection

The day before 911, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld declared war, not on foreign terrorists. The adversary's closer to home. It's the Pentagon bureaucracy. He said money wasted by the military poses a serious threat. In fact, it could be said that it's a matter of life and death. Rumsfeld promised change, but the next day, the world changed. And in the rush to fund the war on terrorism, the war on waste seems to have been forgotten. My O3 budget calls for more than $48 billion in new defense spending. More money for the Pentagon when its own auditors admit the military cannot account for 25% of what it already spends. According to some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions. 2.3 trillion, with a T. That's $8,000 for every man, woman, and child in America. To understand how the Pentagon can lose track of trillions, consider the case of one military accountant who tried to find out what happened to a mere 300 million. Jim Minnery, a former Marine turned whistleblower, is risking his job by speaking out for the first time about the millions he noticed were missing from one defense agency's balance sheets. Minnery tried to follow the money trail, even Chris crossing the country looking for records. Director looked at me and he says, why are you care about this stuff? It took me a back, you know, my supervisor asked me, well, I care about doing a good job. He was reassigned and says officials then covered up the problem by just writing it off. They got to cover it up. That's where the corruption comes in. They got to cover up the fact that they can't do the job. The Pentagon's Inspector General partially substantiated several of Minnery's allegations, but could not prove officials tried to manipulate the financial statements. 20 years ago, Pentagon employee Franklin C. Spiny made headlines exposing what he calls the accounting games. He's still there. And although he does not speak for the Pentagon, he believes the problem has gotten worse. Those numbers are pie and a sky. The books are cooked routinely year after year after year. Retired by Saddenal Jack Shanahan commanded the Navy's second fleet. The first time Donald Rumsfeld served as Defense Secretary with good, oh, financial oversight. We could find $48 billion. It was changing that building without having to hit the taxpayer. In the two and a half minutes since this report began, the Pentagon has spent nearly $2 million. And it may never know where 25% of those tax dollars went. I'm not a Republican, but I looked at your desk and I was wondering from President to President whether you've passed a list along of secrets that only you, a couple of President Bush's senior President Bush Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, like where's Jimmy Hoffa? Or what I really happened at Roswell. So, without giving away any state secrets, is there something we can all look forward to in the future to read about that you know that we don't know that we'll really make the national inquire required reading? I don't know if you all remember this, but there was actually what I was President my second term. There was an anniversary of Zervins of Roswell. You remember that? People came to Roswell in Mexico from all over the world. And there's also a site in Nevada where people were convinced that the government had buried a UFO and perhaps an alien deep underground because we wouldn't allow anybody to go there. And I could say now because it's now been released into the public domain. I actually, I had so many people in my own administration were convinced that Roswell was a fraud, but this place in Nevada was really serious. There was an alien artifact there. So I actually sent somebody there to figure it out. And it was actually just a secret defense installation, a last, and doing boring work that we just didn't want anybody else to see. So I can't think of that. Let me give you a serious thing though. I spent a lot of in 2000, I was able to participate with Tony Blair and representatives of the French German Japanese and Canadian governments. And announcing that we had succeeded in sequencing the human genome. And perhaps some of you have investments in all these biotech companies. And now you know we've cloned all the sheep. And now apparently they may have cloned the dog. And we're all talking about this. My own view is that assuming we don't do something stupid like burn ourselves up with global warming or blow ourselves up with a military conflict, we could just as easily avoid. I think a lot of these biotechnology issues will be the dominant sort of intellectual and ethical challenges of the lives of those of you who are 10, 20, 30 years younger than I am. Because I think that we are going to be able to save people's lives that, you know, my generation couldn't be saved. And we are going to come up against the limits of our own mortality in a way we never could before. And a lot of the things that happened good and bad will be stranger than anything ever written in science fiction. But I don't know the answers. Just one reason I would like to live to be 100 just to see what happens. So that means there's a list or no list. What? What do you say? I just said I was joking. I should say I don't know what you say but you should have said there's absolutely no risk of that. Given my misfit youth I'm lucky to be here now. What I didn't say was that there really is no list or there is a list. The secret. If there is one I don't know it. I mean I really, the Roswell thing I think really was an illusion. I don't think it happened. I mean I think there are rational explanations that I have succeeded and I did attempt to find out if there were any secret government documents that reveal things and if there were they were concealed from me too. I wouldn't be the first president that underlings have lied to or that career bureaucrats have waited out. But there may be some career person sitting around somewhere hiding these dark secrets even from elected presidents. But if so they successfully alluded me and I'm almost embarrassed to tell you I did try to find out. Well that, I'll be just one more flaky that you need to also be flaky when you're out of office. I believe that now that we know there are not hundreds, not millions but billions of other solar systems out there. Thanks to the Hubble Telescope and what we know about Black holes in the universe and all of that, the dimensions of physics are such that I would be quite surprised if in the lifetime of people that are no older than 30 here we don't discover some form of life in another universe. It's pretty clear that there was something approaching elemental life on Mars at one time in the past based on what we've already discovered there. So I say that only to say this, I hope all of you wherever you live will continue to support space exploration. Whether a man or a man is not so important but we have to keep doing that. And I'm afraid that there will be a waning interest in it in the future. I think it's a great mistake. I think we should continue to explore the boundaries of our existence both into the earth and beyond the skies. When I was present we discovered in the bottom of the Amazon River that we were just a small part of this but two previously undiscovered forms of marine life so deep in the Amazon that no they had never been found and all the efforts of marine biologists. So I think there are lots of interesting discoveries, biological, honor and other discoveries in the heavens that those of you who are younger will get to see unfold. You'll have all kind of problems with them but on balance it'll be a plus. And it might life much more interesting. Mission Control did miss the significance of a cryptic message from the astronauts. Yeah, many ideas were the, what we expected. Then I. Crew required information on the current position of the S4B, the final stage of the rocket, which had been jettisoned away two days earlier. This short message had an extraordinary turn of events. Apollo 11 wasn't alone in space. There was something out there that was close enough to be observed and what could it be. Traveling alongside Apollo 11 was a mysterious subject like this one filmed in a late mission. If the object wasn't part of Apollo's rocket, it could be only one thing. A UFO. Make the side that he thought he could see it in the telescope and he was able to do that. And when it was in one position that there had a series of ellipses. But when you meet real sharp as sort of el shaped, that didn't tell us very much. NASA knew very little about the object reported by the Apollo 11 crew. It was obviously an unidentified flying object. But such objects were not uncommon. And the history of even Earth orbit space flights going back over the previous years, indicated that several crew saw objects. Despite having a clear view of the UFO, the crew were wary of reporting it to mission control. Now, obviously, the three of us were not going to blur it out. Hey, Houston, we got some moving along side of us and we don't know what it is. Can you tell us what it is? We weren't about to do that because we know that those transmissions would be heard by all sorts of people. And who knows what somebody would have demanded that we turn back because of aliens or whatever the reason is. So we didn't do that. But we did decide we just cautiously ask Houston where how far away was the S4B. On the way out of the drama unfolding in space, mission control radio the position back to Apollo 11. Apollo 11, Houston, the F4B's of that 6,000-on-a-coma-out from the United Hover. And a few moments later, where they came back and said something like, there was 6,000 miles away because of the maneuvers. So we really didn't think we were looking at something that far away. So we decided that after a while, watching it, we was time to go to sleep, not to talk about it anymore. So we came back and debriefing. To this day, whatever it was, the crew saw has never been positively identified or officially acknowledged. The possibility that you might encounter aliens in space has to be considered in a very sensible and positive and realistic way. There were a lot of people within the program who went off later and became convinced that you first existed. And that led to some concern on NASA's part where they got the agreement of the crew never to publicly talk about these things for fear of ridicule. Oh hey, Houston. Hey, John. Hey, Jim. How are you?
