Set the spare as the final response to the ambiguity's up history. I refuse to accept the idea that the isness of man's present condition makes him morally capable of reaching up for the internal auspicious, if forever conferencing. Let us reach for the world that ought to be. Let's spark of the divine that still steers within each of ourselves. Some more today, in this world, a young protestor awaits the brutality of her government, but has the courage to march on. Some more today, a mother facing punishing her, still takes the time to teach her child. Straight together what few points she has to send that child to school, because she believes that poor world still has a place that child's dreams. We can do that. Where that is the story of human problems. That's not. Oh, hold on. I'm not disappointed in challenge, that must be a work girl. Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And now some fresh fittings from the Political Great Bonne. There is another group pushing for the release of more secret documents. And it too is threatening a pressure campaign against the administration. If it does not get its way, the group. The group, UFOologists. They want President Obama to come clean about alleged government contact with extraterrestrials. The Washington Times reports Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell, who made the longest moonwalk in history, spoke to the group in Washington this week saying, quote, it is now time to put away this embargo of truth about the alien presence. I call upon our government to open up and become a part of this planetary community that is now trying to take our proper role as a space-faring civilization. Believer say with a new administration the time is right for all classified files about any government interaction with extraterrestrial beings to be released. A group gathering here in Washington and talking about their UFO sightings, but this apparently is no crackpot convention. Former high-level government and military officials are among those sharing what they've seen in the skies. Our national correspondent Gary Tucker in this series, watching all of this unfold. So what this conference is all about? Well, if it's most interesting, a panel discussion within the beltway about what might be taking place in the Milky Way and beyond. Have extraterrestrials visited us here on Earth? Well, 14 men from seven different countries participated in a panel discussion described why they believe UFOs have visited Earth. These are the guys that just picked up off the streets. The panel includes former governor of Arizona, Bifes, Simon Tim. It was one of many our residents who said they saw UFOs back in 1997 during an episode that is popularly referred to as the Phoenix Lights. Major sighting here. We want the United States government to stop perpetuating the myth that all UFOs can be explained away and down to Earth and conventional terms. Instead, our country needs to reopen its official investigation that it shut down in 1969. Also participating was a retired Air Force captain who says he and his passengers, so a huge flying disk. Also retired Provene Air Force pilot who says he came within 300 feet of a circular UFO, flying at 63,000 feet. And then there was a retired U.S. Air Force security officer, a while stationed in England was summoned to a down-daircraft in a forest. When we came up on the triangular shape craft, there were blue and yellow lights swirling around the exterior as though there were a part of the surface. The air around us was electrically charged and we could feel on our clothes, our skin, and our hair. Well, Penisdenen says the craft took off. He never saw any beings inside or outside the UFO. He said he took pictures, but inferred they were purposely overexposed by the government. Now, we've talked to the FAA before about investigating these kinds of claims. The agency says, quote, it does not have the power to investigate. We've covered a few of these kinds of stories before, and one thing that we always mentioned to the enthusiasts is if one of these craft came down on Earth and did an interview with one of us that the debate would be over, but that hasn't happened yet. But there's, you know, who knows? Could have been Gary Thanks very much for the report, by the way, they're even been some UFO sightings reported right here in the nations. In the past, there was a flurry of them back in July of 1952 when the Air Force investigated, but was never able to solve or prove anything. Take a look at these headlines. Ariel, what's its sub-us? DC, again, Air Force, after DC saucers, jets ready to chase lights, jets ordered to hunt down flying saucers. There was a lot of hype, a lot of excitement back in 1952. Well, thank you very much Stephen Cheryl for that much much to generous introduction. If my late mother were here, be my mother, she would believe every word of it. My late father were here being a realist, you probably wonder if you were talking about. But the introductions of that sort remind me of the small boy who fell headfirst into a barrel of molasses. And when they pulled him out, he licked some of the molasses from his face and said, Lord, make my tongue adequate to this occasion. Well, actually, this is not my night for humor. I'm not a match for some of her either Stephen or George. So I'm not going to be, I'm not even going to try to be funny. Except my first line, and that's after this wonderful banquet, I think that I have exceeded the feed limit. Bad humor, you better believe it. I wish that we're in a mood for good humor. But I'm not. We're a hellbent in the direction of destroying our planet. And frankly, we appear to be doing a very middle about it. Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about where we were headed and offered to help. But instead, we, or at least some of us, interpreted their visits as a threat and decided to shoot first and ask questions after. The inevitable result was that some of our planes were lost, but how many were due to retaliation and how many were as a result of our own stupidity is a move point. George Smith, one of the first Canadians, to take an active interest in the subject of UFOs, asked the visitors about the accidental destruction of our aircraft by flying into the vicinity of a fine saucer. Response, and this is Uber's words, we were informed that although a few of our aircraft had come to an unfortunate end by what they considered the colossal stupidity of our pilots. They were now taking corrective measures to avoid our aircraft. I asked them, this is still Smith, I asked them what happened. They said, well, the fields around the saucers in order to hold them up. In order to produce the gravity differential, the time field differentials, which were necessary to operate the ship. These sometimes produced field combinations, which reduced the strength of materials to the point where there were no longer strong enough to carry the loads that the materials were expected to carry. Now as we know, aircraft particularly the military type are built with a rather small factor of safety. And in these regions of reduced binding, the materials are no longer strong enough to carry the load and the craft simply comes apart. When I read that, I was reminded of the late, great, soprano-lylipons, who used to smash crystal dobbots with her high sea. She would direct the sound at them and something in the sound waves would change the structure of the glass and it would fly apart. Well, this didn't satisfy our military chiefs who must have thought that it was more important to secure American nuclear superiority even though using it would result in the annihilation of us all than to take the hint. And start moving the planet back from the brink of global disaster. They, the military, must have been and still are so paranoid that they feel it necessary to use the visitor's technology to fight them off, rather than welcome them as partners in development. Though they may have secanted a few redigades to assist them in what can this be viewed as diabolical developments. Stephen has said that talking about UFOs is passé and that we should be talking or limiting our talk to exo-politex, while Stephen, I agree with you in theory, but in reality, we have a problem and official US policy insists that UFOs don't exist. The veil of secrecy must be lifted and it has to be lifted now before it's too late. It is ironic that the US would begin a devastating war, allegedly in search of weapons of mass destruction, when the most worrisome developments in this field are recurring in your own backyard. It is ironic that the US should be fighting monstrously expensive wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, allegedly to bring democracy to those two countries, when it is self-conelonger legitimately claimed to be called a democracy, when trillions, I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects about which both the Congress and the Commander and Chief have been kept deliberately in the dark. How much has been accomplished in 60 years of feverish activity by some of the most educated minds in the United States? As America developed flying saucers that are visually indistinguishable from the visitors, as alleged, and if so, what do they propose to do with them? When more critical, what progress has been made in the development of clean energy sources that could conceivably replace fossil fuels and save the planet from becoming a veritable wasteland? Well, who has the answers? Someone does, but apparently the aren't telling either secretaries of defense or presidents because they don't have a quote and need to know. A story told by Dr. Stephen Greer, President Clinton was asked a question by White House reporter Sarah McLeanon about why he didn't do something about disclosure. Clinton replied, Sarah, there's a government in Saudi.
