A glower, he says, made up of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and carbon that break up into separate gases and frank theorizes, shower the earth. Result comfortable when others see this small comments too. If only, the refrain with this one instrument can see them, and there's no confirming evidence from a subsidiary experiments and the hypothesis will die. NASA is backing Frank's claim with some reservation. NASA is not yet convinced.
