It appears to be engaged in conspiracies. It's an engine of conspiracy. It overthrowns governments, it attempts assassinations, it conducts secret research, some of which is, as we know, from the line control, programs very dangerous, very painful. In 1963, Harry Truman said that the CIA had been diverted from its original assignment, and it become a policy-making arm of the government. Truman also went on record to say that he'd always been against the building up of an American Gestapo. This was a report which says that officials of the United States government initiated plots to kill two foreign leaders, were involved in plots to kill two others, were implicated in another, and that the CIA was aware of two more murder schemes. A device with that maternity described and that I presume the material that injected into a human being would kill him. That correct? I would think so, yes. So the agent gives the Cuban agent the device to kill somebody. I'm sorry, it didn't give him a pistol, because it would have made the whole thing a lot simpler and less exotic. And then the CIA's top officials didn't, and then I would pin it down to the fellow who was supposed to be in charge. And he said, we planned it because the military wanted it done. I asked the military, and they never heard of it. So thank you, Ryan. Thank you very much. Okay.
