China's Devious Strategy

You know, over there, which brings me to my next question, Do you actually think that the Chinese government could have perhaps considered this considering that such a recommendation has been posted on the internet. And you know, this is something that can never ever happen without the permission of the Chinese government. That's one of the point I think China has invested in a number of these things and institutions that are constantly throwing up as management possibilities. I want to be very talk about this contrast between China and India in terms of military power, economic power and so on. But yet another heritage, the amount of investments that China has made in creating experts to look at various regions of the world that are of broken court strategic importance to them. And there have a number of people looking at what they call their periphery because of the bet because of the way of history such as their online values. And yes, I think the fact that this particular report has come out to a professionalist's pocket same time. And we, in which the others have picked it up, looks suggest that the government invasion is not unaware of it. But how much have they actually endorsed support? That is the opaque part. And again, I do want to make this very strong tea, when we should not be ballistic about this, but we should not be politically, generally. And see what the implications, why is Beijing encouraging this kind of a dissemination in a society that is authoritarian, that controls the flow of information very, very rigorously and loosely.
