Paul. Yes, hi there. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself? Well, I'm 66. I'm Mary. I have two adult children and I practice architecture all my life. My hobbies were my interests to do with design and I love music, I love travel, foreign languages and yes, but my profession came to a grinding halt 10 or 11 years ago. There was a leading time of about five or six years, my due of normal chronic fatigue until the diagnosis even used ago with non-hoture lens lymphoma. So that was in 1997? Yes, that's correct. Were about, did you receive the diagnosis? Was that here in Australia? In the Melbourne area, yes. It was in Melbourne. And what was the status of your cancer on diagnosis? It was a small cell type of low rate non-hoture lens lymphoma, low growing a version which wasn't going to respond to any chemotherapy or radiotherapy. So what treatments did you undertake? Well, I had no choice but to look to the alternative area and in retrospect, I'm very pleased that that was my approach. So my wife Cheryl was very tenacious in the way she researched alternatives and I decided to book myself into a health retreat and spend 10 days there on a program which was called a cleansing program which involves, sorry, juice fasting. And special diet mainly built around a vegetarian recipes and I sustained from all animal products basically. And there was a great emphasis on drinking, and I mean, probably the amounts of pure water, between meals. And so the whole idea was to cleanse body of the toxic overload which I was experiencing and to also to build up the immune system. And I've been quite thorough in taking supplements, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and so on. What sort of minerals and vitamins and things did you take? Well, would you like to speak to Cheryl because she's been my doctor in a vertical mess and has a whole, you know, very deep understanding of all that aspects of a partial over to Cheryl. Okay, thank you. Yes, this is Cheryl and I'm for life. Hi Cheryl. Paul was just talking about the vitamins and minerals. For the first year, he had lots of live juices. So it has like carrot juice, beetroot juice, celery juice which we juiceed in. So with green powder, you know, so that's like barley leaf, wheat grass, all that kind of stuff. That was very important. So he had that time today. He had flax seed oil, which is, you know, the essential fatty acids, plenty of that, like to able spoons of that a day. Initially he had bee pollen, front anti-oxidant. He had sea minerals. These were the ones that he was set up with the health retreat. Don't set him up on this regime. But then later on, we tried some different ones which seemed to work even better. So we had colloidal minerals. The anti-oxidant heat switch too was pine bark, the white pine bark, plus great seed extract. Continue with the essential fatty acids. And the colloidal minerals had a wide spectrum of, with a plant-based colloidal metal plant. What about the emigdling or the best seed? Yeah, okay. Poll didn't actually use that for about three years after he was on the health regime because we didn't know about it. Right. Although Poll made a massive recovery in one year in the first year, he was still plagued by something like it was a chronic fatigue kind of thing. Though he's heaps better, he wasn't totally better. It wasn't for three years after the initial health regime. He introduced the apricot kernels. And his health just went up so much better once he started on those. It was like it was the missing link that we hadn't discovered in the first place. Right. So he started on five kernel per day and he built up to 30 kernel per day and stayed on 30 kernel per day for six months, included with that pancreate against on so that they would work better. Then after six months he just gradually came down to 12 a day. And has kept on 12 a day probably for years and years. In 11 years, I've noticed this now. Right at the moment he's not taking them because he's had a bit of a stomach due ordeal. He's a bit of a duodenal risk kind of thing. So it's just off them for at the moment, but it's something that he'll get back on to. Has he been officially cleared of the cancer at all? No, because that would mean he would have to have a cat scan. Right. And even the oncologist said no, don't worry about submitting yourself for a cat scan because it only puts more radioactivity into the body and it seems like he's going well. That's right. But he has a six months check up from the local GP and the lymph nodes and the spleen are normal size and that's like an indicator. Yeah. No, they've been normal size for eight years or something at least. Okay. Can I ask, has the medical establishment at all followed up your case? No. Right. Do you want to speak to Paul again? Okay. Thanks, Cheryl. Right. Here we are again. Do you have any further comments? Well, I imagine it's difficult for others to take the plan to go alternative. In my case, I had an alternative which made things easier. And the second point is that because it was a slow growing cancer, time was on my side. It wasn't my enemy, you see. The cancer wasn't marching on and it wasn't going to kill me in six months. In fact, the prognosis was four years or perhaps even up to seven years like expectancy. As I say now, I've got to 11 years and I'm feeling so fit across from 66 and I'm not quite energetic as a 20-year-old. But a person's faith in cancer with a faster growing cancer would have perhaps to be expected and not enormous confidence in the alternative method. But there is still a big butty and that is the chemotherapy and radiotherapy are so drastic, you know, such a negative effects on the body. Killing off the immune system that really, yes, in my case, I think if even if I had a fast growing cancer, I'd probably go down the alternative route as I have done. So in this case. Okay, Paul and Cheryl, thanks very much for sharing your experience. Thank you very much.
