Wii: another year has flown by with breathtaking speed. A few issues ago, in one of my editorials, I opined about the seeming speed at which time is flying by. I received many letters and emails from readers adamant that time is indeed speeding up and that I'm not the only one who's feeling it. A topic for a future article, maybe? As we go to print, the climate change debate has been reignited in the major media, with more and more "experts" now saying that mankind is responsible for global warming. Al Gore's movie, World Bank experts, the Stern Report, former climate change sceptics and even Rupert Murdoch "going green"—all of this is enough to make any NEXUS reader automatically suspicious, and rightly so. It certainly seems that the powers that be are using the environment movement to push their agendas. As a greenie from way back, I think there are worse things that we are doing to the environment than just emitting carbon dioxide. Consider the huge amount of toxic substances we are putting into the environment, such as the gases produced by burning "fossil fuels", and the toxic chemicals being used in building materials, furniture, bedding, food production, cosmetics, etc. As for what is going to happen climate-wise, most of it comes down to which climate modelling theory you choose to believe. As the article this edition shows, the planet is not warming up at anywhere near the alarming rate touted. The Earth's climate is always changing, so do the current deviations actually represent change of any significant magnitude? Are sea levels rising, or are parts of the ocean floor sinking near islands such as Tuvalu? Why are other planets in our solar system reportedly also undergoing rapid "climate change" or "warming"? Is there a link? What role does solar activity have in all this? Plus, no one seems to mention the climatic effects of cutting down trees. Statistics show that a reduction in rainfall occurs in an area where large amounts of trees and vegetation have been removed. Basically the water reservoir is lost when the trees are removed—and so is the huge carbon dioxide consumption capacity they represent. Keep asking the questions, but double-check the answers coming from experts, who in the next breath advocate nuclear power as the answer to our problems. It's now five years since 9/11, so I thought it timely to give you an insight into the 9/11 Truth Movement. This is a groundswell of people, including scientists, engineering experts, eyewitnesses and whistleblowers, all putting forward evidence that the 9/11 attacks were stage- managed events designed to win support for the USA to wage war in Afghanistan and Iraq an pursue its geostrategic agenda. Given that a majority of Americans now believe their own government either let the 9/11 attacks happen or made them happen, I'd say that the truth movement will only get bigger and that more insider evidence will emerge in the year ahead. Whistleblowers and "insiders" are also emerging with information about the hidden hand o: the Vatican/Catholic Church in world affairs over the centuries. Here we start our coverage 0: this topic with a series by controversial author Tony Bushby, casting light on the scandalous anc murderous behaviours of so many of the popes through history. We have two very interesting health articles this edition. The first deals with yet another hidden cause of cancer, this being the important relationship between essential fatty acids (specifically the ratio of parent omega-6 to omega-3) and the transfer of oxygen from cel membranes into the cells. The second is, literally, the ugly truth about beauty products. It is amazing how many people have extreme diets or maintain bizarre daily detox rituals and then, after all this, use toxic cosmetics on their body. Remember that your skin is like a sponge, so be careful what you put onto it. We are also pleased to present an article by Steven Greer, giving an inside look at the background and events surrounding The Disclosure Project. I consider Greer's revelations in his latest book Hidden Truth — Forbidden Knowledge to be essential reading for anyone who likes to ponder over what is really going on. He is one of many who believe that the military- industrial complex has the technology, and intent, to manufacture a very public, hostile UFO/ET incident, similar to or worse than 9/11, so as to justify the total weaponisation of space. This weaponisation of space, they say, is to be used by a coming world government to monitor and control dissenters anywhere on Earth. Sounds like lots of fun times ahead, but in the meantime I wish you all a happy festive season, and an even happier new year.
