It is important to understand the linkage between the eco - nomic, strategic and military processes of the New World Order. In the above context, climatic manipulations under the HAARP program (whether accidental or deliberate) would inevitably exacerbate these changes by weakening national economies, destroying infrastructure and potentially trigger - ing the bankruptcy of farmers over vast areas...
