they said that it would be found...in '95 it would be found...well, nothing's come out that's indicated they've ever found it, so I assume that that prediction's a miss until it shows up some day. But they said that it was an alloy of cop- per and gold, and it was hollow and metal and it sat on top of the Pyramid. And that there was a passageway internal to the Pyramid that allowed...stairs that allowed exit at the top of the Pyramid so people could go up inside of the top of it. And it was an integral part of the machine in some fashions: it would work without it, but with it, it allowed other things to go on. The other things that it allowed to go on were that when the instrument was fuelled, and it was fuelled by gases, those airshafts that everybody talks about were never air- shafts—in fact, they were sealed...cut halfway into the granite; it's only by chis- elling away that they can actually find them—but they were like valves, if you will. They were conduits that were able to measure the pressure that was inside of this machine, because, when these gases were activated, incredible pressures were exert- ed inside the machine. And the gases, along with the star energy that they were collecting, and the instru- ments allowed this machine to actually bend time. They could actually look at a star and not see it as 10 light-years away; they could look at the star in today's time. So that was the big...it's like a big break- through in an observatory today. Instead of looking at something that died 10 years ago, you can see it in real time. AB: You have just given me more new information on the Pyramid than I could have ever imagined. And all of this came to you when you were there? GMS: It came to me there. In fact, it was so remarkable to me that I published it in my newsletter immediately, and then I continued getting information, and then it was so much that I had to put it in a book. It was just more than I could gather because the details, they came...the specifics of how they built it, and what things are used for, and its location on the Earth. There was just so much data. And then I stayed there...I never left the Giza Plateau. We had plans to do all of Egypt but I just kept going back...and when I'd go back, that same guy would be there and he would just let me in. AB: I have one other piece of news for you that you may not know. The same man, Dr Hawass, has just announced that he plans...as you know, it's closed now...he now has plans to permanently close the Great Pyramid. Isn't that interesting? GMS: Well, I have spoken with him. He called at one time just to ask my insights on things, and I told him what would be found next and where it would be found. I gave him the actual specifics of it, of how to find it and where to find it. And then he just thanked me and said goodbye, and that was the last conversation we ever had. So I never knew, from '95 on, what- ever happened with that information. The information that I had was that underneath the Sphinx were these large chambers...and how to get access to it and where it leads to and, more importantly, the archives that are stored there. It's like a time capsule. There is a series of rooms that have artifacts from...some of the arti- facts date back 200,000 years. Most of the artifacts are current to that day, which was 12,500 years. It's a whole history of the culture, who built it, why they built it, and, most importantly, predictions that they left behind for a very specific time in history. AB: Do you believe, Gordon, that the world is now ready for the information that would be revealed should that be opened— in other words, that we...our origins are not as we thought but, rather, there have been people on this Earth, or creatures on this Earth, long, long ago? Is the world ready for that? GMS: Weare. I think that perhaps we've been ready for a little while. Part of what science has done is enable us to date a very civilised, very intelligent human being 10,000 to 20,000 years. We've got igs in Turkey and other places that date 8,000 to 20,000 years, where they have tile and plumbing. And we've got a lot of stuff that we've found that doesn't make any sense. It's found in strata that we can ate to 50,000 years, but it doesn't make any sense because they couldn't possibly have had that technology then! We're in this acceleration that we talked about earlier, with the Internet. With all of this energy that's moving so fast...you know, 20 years ago if you had your show and you were talking about aliens, my guess is—and I think the statistics would have proven it—that it was in the minority for the people to believe that there's life out there. Here it is now: I don't know when was the last time they ran that survey, but I'm willing to bet you that it's better than 70 per cent. AB: I'll bet it is, too.
