Mendelsohn, M.D. What makes this book most readable is it is written by a doctor with 25 years of experience as a practising physician. He says that through the beginning of his practice he very much believed in all that modern medicine stood for at the time. It was only from careful observations, experience, and later a questioning mind that brought him to write this book.
