These gangs have been violent rivals for some time, so this truce raised more than a few eyebrows. The Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP), INCAR (International Committee Against Racism) are just two of these groups. The RCP put out a highly inflamma- tory flyer just before the Rodney King verdict was announced, basically advo- cating riot regardless of the outcome of the case.
