Most importantly, recording your encounter will be one step closer to solving the UFO mystery. Marcel now said that the object was not a weather balloon, but an actual alien craft. Says Marcel, “It was something I had never seen before, or since, for that matter. I didn’t know what it was, but it certainly wasn’t anything built by us and it most certainly wasn’t any weather balloon.” After Major Marcel, several other witnesses stepped forward and told about their involvement. It soon became clear why there had been no talk about the incident for so many years. Many of the witnesses claimed that they had been “threatened” by Air Force officers to remain silent. Mac Brazel, the rancher who first found the wreckage, refused to speak about the incident, but did say that, “I am sure what I found was not any weather observation balloon.” Brazel’s son, Bill, later spoke publicly. He also handled some of the wreckage, and said, “There were several different types of stuff. Of course, all I had was small bits and pieces, but one thing that I can say about it was that it was sure light in weight. It weighed almost nothing . .. there were also several bits of a metal-like substance, something on the order of tinfoil, except this stuff wouldn’t tear.” Amateur archaeologist Barney Barnett was collecting stones on the day the Roswell crash occurred, and he claims to have been on the UFOS AND ALIENS
