It comes in erratically in heteroclite packets. Have you ever wondered how many thoughts we have each day? Thousands. Which of those do you really control? The ones you have consciously projected? In other words, we look at things without focus, both on the outside and the inside. There exists no better focus than in relaxation. As a consequence, we can emit what is strictly useful to reach our goal. Imagine that a com- puter opens all its files at the same time when you only want one. It will be impossible to carry out your task because the RAM (Random Access Memory) is full. It is not surprising that extrasensory perception occurs when we relax our mind, because letting go is the ideal form of recep- tion. Nothing else is received at the same time. Nonetheless, you should learn to protect yourself against potential viruses and hackers. That is the real work of future psychiatrists, for there are numerous parasites. In our centenary education we have completely passed over the valuable knowledge of how to master thought forms. This is so true that we have difficulty accepting the idea that material crystallization is pos- sible in this way. Creation comes from the power, i.e., the energy, and from the focus of the plan. The combination of power and focus is called visualization. The expression that power is in numbers applies to us humans because our single mind is undisciplined (we use only ten to twenty percent of our full brain capacity). However, focus is by far the ability we lack most. Visualization means the “imaginative” — not imaginary — expression of everything our senses can access. Since it does not include higher aspects, the term visualization is in fact inap- propriate. This “plus” is called transcendence, i.e., what transcends the possible description made by our mind of a piece of knowledge. There- fore, reality is transcendental, beyond the descriptive. We intuitively understand that every person is a potential creator. This requires a long apprenticeship. A superior nature of beings comes from transcendence acquired by continuous visualization with a pure intent and, if possible, expurgated from ego that clouds the lucidity of what is true. The power of creation generates most of our dreams. Numerous ETs have mastered the art of visualization. Some of them have come halfway by contenting themselves with control, allowing them to navigate their vessel and contact humans (or other creatures) according to modalities that may seem deceitful to us. Like us, they pre- fer to dominate rather than share. Since we are both deaf and blind, their superiority is, however, already a fact. Our handicaps are a source of fear when we become aware of this superiority in the nature of beings. The instruments that shape us 61 discipline of ETs because we do not choose the information we receive. " : wat “ ware aoa
