have extremely stable relative positions. We will readdress this essen- tial notion of statistic mechanics, because it is absolutely necessary that science explains the causal nature of probabilities. They are actually the best advocate of 3D time. However, accepting this also brings us much closer to UFO and paranormal phenomena. In the trench war between skeptics and protagonists, both parties want to convince each other of their personal truth. This war is point- less because an observer has legitimate reasons to describe his own vision and understanding. His reality is true in the framework of his own observations. If two individuals experience very different passing times, it is clear that the person less prepared will remain skeptical about the existence of passing times that he is not endowed with, or rather, that he is unaware of. Logic dictates that individuals with the ability to perceive phenomena and who are in hypervelocity passing times are extremely rare in a macroscopic physical world where the dominant passing time is much weaker. Indeed, authentic mediums are hard to find. The clan of skeptics uses statistics to disprove impor- tant cases by keeping them out of the standard deviations. In other words, the way in which statistics are often applied is a genuine tautol- ogy, the worst mental disorder! They say without realizing it: “since the world is physical, time must also be physical.” The source of the paranormal (fractal time) generates exceptional cases itself. Observa- tion is science, but there are countless types of observation! Including the inappropriately termed “sixth sense.” The rift is always caused by anew reference system. The old system is about to be replaced. 56 The Science of Extraterrestrials: UFOs Explained at Last * Eric Julien
