The eye cannot see reality! Now imagine that we are a society with- out sight or touch. How would we interpret the world? How would we see the universe? Could we still say: “this is bigger than that”? Absolutely not! So many questions with the same answer: time would have three dimensions to us! The principle of exchange between emitter and receiver would be just as valid, but the amount of exchanged information would be our measuring standard. This amount would depend on the flow of time, its viscosity and its dilation. Every sequence of information would be in itself a temporal density of reality. Like our proprioceptive sensitiv- ity that allows us to feel the effects of Earth gravity, this blind civiliza- tion would acquire chronoceptive sensitivity! Thus the energy is not in itself a quantity but the translation of a temporal density change translated by mathematicians in a vector, or even a quantity of motion applied to time. Reality is made of systems, i.e., of wholes that have internal coherence and that can relate to other identical, smaller or larger wholes. These are called fractals. The conse- quence of all this is that paranormal phenomena are the manifestation of incursions of higher temporal densities in ours. In other words, parapsychological phenomena are pockets of one ST within another. That is why these phenomena happen so fast or, rather, they are instan- taneous and incomprehensible from our point of view. It is also why quantum mechanics is so inaccessible: it is paranormal. There is a transformation but we do not perceive its sequences. That is what makes it so rare. Fortean phenomena” are the juncture of relativist phe- nomena and quantum phenomena in our space-time continuum. UFO phenomena are the technically mastered paranormal; parapsychologi- cal phenomena are the mentally manifested paranormal. Progress means a better perception of reality 49
