365CHAPTER 53 The source of disinformation ALTHOUGH IT IS A SOMEWHAT limited approach, wary ufologists have the habit of distinguishing between two ethicalgroups of ETs depending on their conduct towards man (abductions)and animal (mutilations): “benevolent” and “hostile” ETs. The so-called hostile ETs are motivated by reasons that need to be understood. Much has been said about a hypothetical conspiracy of theIlluminati, of a world government and in particular of the Americanauthorities. There are numerous versions out there. No one under-stands exactly why such a conspiracy would come into existence unlessit implies a hypothetical agreement: abductions against technology. Considering their mental abilities, I wonder why aliens would ask permission from a government for something it has no control over!Especially when we take into account that the abductions (in fact anincorrect term) are often positive. An association between evil ETs andhumans in positions of power is often mentioned in this respect. How-ever, very few know why and what this association consists of, who itconcerns and what the underlying reasons are. What follows is a per-fect explanation of the present situation. The current reality may seem complicated because numerous smoke screens have been put up, but this can be easily explained. Rep-resentatives of the conservative fringe of the American authorities,very few and assisted by certain foreign allies, broke a nuclear disar-mament treaty with ETs that were non-aggressive at the time of theoriginal agreement.
