its purposes. Wisdom dictates that we merge the two approaches by observing the intelligence of the principle of least action (God) and exercising free will uninfluenced by the possibilities of creation. True intelligence therefore consists of respecting and understanding the bal- ance of life (material and spiritual), while developing the personal will to create and cooperate, as most ETs do. Each event (also called action) is either a cause or an effect. It is also the potential cause-effect of another, different event. In that case, it will be part of a fractal level that is higher than this other event. This chain is called the causal function. Quarks assemble into protons and neutrons to form nuclei. The nuclei, surrounded by electrons, join together and form molecules. The molecules connect with other molecules and form compounds. The compounds join together and form cells. The cells join together and form organs. The organs join together and form bodies. The bodies join together and form a community. The communities join together and form a race. The races join together and form a planetoid... Let us stop there, for we should focus on the origin of these assem- blies, which is where the laws of the mind reside. Interactions between the psychism of a being (an ET, for example) and a material ““demate- rializable” structure (a crystalline oscillator, for example) constitute the most efficient result of the causal path possible and unleash great cre- ative powers. Every causal structure is expressed in several fractals. Knowledge therefore means being able to identify in every object or system the causal network of which they are part. The placebo effect'™ is a very good example. Its effect is indicative of our shame to con- sciously use the powers of the mind, which we call marginal. The cause is even taboo. In some situations, the opposite is true (we create a cause without knowing all the effects). The placebo effect, which is well known in medical and pharmaceu- tical circles for its everyday use on millions of patients, is like involun- tary telekinesis: the mind influences matter. In fact, the cause of this surprising effect is a given subconscious affirmation: “I will be healed.” A sufficiently strong affirmation or suggestion produces spectacular effects. An affirmation does not necessarily need words. This is where symbols come in conveyed by emotional energy. Symbols are a concep- tual summary full of images that favor the manifestation of guided thoughts. These can be positive, neutral — but what does neutrality really mean? — or negative.
