collateral damage caused by cyclotrons and other colliders that pro- duce earthquakes in the ET realm. The decoherence theory takes the idea of superimposed states one step further. It argues that matter is non-material in a configuration that represents a coherent system in the electromagnetic sense of the term. This means that matter is not material as long as the wave packet is not reduced (absence of macroscopic interaction). This theory explains how objects can materialize or dematerialize. A recent scien- tific article’ was headed: “The largest quantum objects ever con- cocted.” The introduction states the following. “A biological molecule with 18 atoms and a molecule with 108 atoms have been observed dematerializing for the first time!” In fact, such experiments have been conducted since 1999, but never before with such a significant number of atoms. In this case, fullerene” and fluorofullerene macromolecules were subjected to the experiment. Dematerialization resembles a folded fan that preserves the mem- ory of the shape that unfolds, or materializes, when the fan is opened. Shapes are preserved in the high temporal densities, just like fractal shapes, on every scale. That is the fundamental meaning of a holo- graphic universe. A shape simply represents an information structure that can be compressed by our computers without any significant loss. Unlike materialists, we should not confuse shapes and objects. In both cases, it is a simple problem of information undergoing a homothetic translation. You must understand that every structure (or being) is already a specific fractal, more or less ideal system, for which the changing grains of space and time follow a particular causal logic. As a consequence, every object or living creature possesses its own “imprint” in the high temporal densities, which explains psychometry or a family’s heredity through reincarnation, for instance. ET vessels are able to dematerialize because the parameters of the shape are stored, like software, and the spatial scale diminishes as quantum time increases, allowing the vessels a range of motion that is unhindered by the shackles of inertial thinking. 268 The Science of Extraterrestrials: UFOs Explained at Last * Eric Julien
