D1 matin e of the second submultiple of the second What we conceive Fractal time * Figure 50 Reality= Fractal time exchange system. Hence the existence of virtual particles in quantum mechanics. These virtual particles can then be considered real quan- tum entities belonging to a higher spatio-temporal fractal where time is highly dilated, whereas in quantum physics these virtual particles appear and disappear immediately. All information systems overlap in a fractal way like Russian dolls. Therefore, each system is partially autonomous just like classical mechanics. The different degrees of information exchange constitute degrees of causality. Causality thus becomes changeable rather than absolute. This variability in the cause-effect relation implies that we must reconsider the current equa- tions describing a strict causality by nature, except when they are probabilistic, for instance in their representation as a diffusion matrix. In fact, causality, the very foundation of scientific thinking, decreases as the amount of time increases, both in relative terms — compared to space — and in absolute terms. Hence absolute relativity! Personal growth through understanding 199
