external period SUM OF INTERVALS Temporal dilation = missing time Subjective perceptions Pra — What matters in our perception of time are the separate pulsations of time elapsing, i.e., the sum of intervals between temporal quanta. internal entropy 7 fF DDDOOO © O OO O COO) Internal period words, this permanence is the present. This present can be translated by the common link (point of departure = point of arrival) that connects consecutive periods, the slower to the faster ones. This direction of the third temporal dimension is extremely difficult to understand. This present connects sequential concentric periods and thus fre- quencies to one another, meaning that the present is the line of har- monics. We are living an extremely persistent illusion. Nevertheless, this widespread subjectivity is caused by our need to see causal rela- tions. Subjectivity is thus the source of objectivity as mentioned before: our mind needs the temporal emptiness (= causality) to understand the world in which we live and move forward. These developments show us that the consciousness of time is highly relative. This is what absolute relativity is all about. This char- acteristic of consciousness has considerable implications. Clearly, on this side of the spatial atomic scale, space and time still exist. Since there is no more “matter” below that threshold, the 10'’ remaining grains of space and the 10” eternal grains of time are inevitably the cen- ter of an activity. However, which one? What is both non-material and present on a huge playground? We have known the answer to that question for a long time: the mind! 184 The Science of Extraterrestrials: UFOs Explained at Last * Eric Julien PERCEPTION OF TIME SUM OF INTERVALS What matters in our temporal quanta.
