We also transport various time rates, but the differences between them are not of the same magnitude. He added that “...space sectors, of different time flow rates, have unclear boundaries. When the time rate change is sufficiently large, the human eye can see the sector of the other time rate as a white mist, and as a radiant mist when it is even larger, which can be considered a sign of danger to biological systems...” A radiant mist visible around the boundary means that what is inside this temporal egg cannot be seen clearly. The immediate consequence of this phenome- non is that, both in theory and in practice, it is impossible to see and photograph the distinct outlines of UFOs in the sky, whether in motion or not, and of entities (ghosts for example) present in a denser tempo- ral field. Therefore, UFO photos that are too clear are forgeries! Another scholar from the East, a Belarussian academic called Albert Veinik, embarked on an adventure of establishing temporal technolo- gies. He developed his own theory based on the existence of chronons, generally known to the scientific community as Planck time (5.4 x 10“ seconds). Veinik wrote that time is not continuous, but discrete. Remember that special relativity adheres to a continuous vision of time. Veinik considered time to be a sequence of quanta. However, he did not specify the relation between them, and that is a big problem. My vision actually suggests superimposing quantum time to mend this missing relation by positioning these quanta onto the very sinusoids. His discoveries may very well remind you of the miraculous healing power of ETs often mentioned by abductees, i.e., people who have had a close encounter with ETs inside their vessel. Moreover, Veinik seems to have perfected a propulsion principle based on asym- metrical centrifugal force. He ran experiments that showed the possi- bility of reactionless antigravitation motion by means of creation of different velocity of time flow in different parts of mechanical systems. Veinik suggested that every substance possesses a chronal charge that is nothing more than the intrinsic number of chronons present in this substance.
