originated. Another difficulty is Planck time (10™ seconds), called the Planck era, prior to which the relativity theory and the quantum the- ory were clearly incompatible. So the alleged birth of the universe must have taken place before this Planck era. This is where a new and meta- physical physics will emerge. General relativity deals with cosmological problems in a relatively simple manner by smoothing out, homogenizing the singularities that represent stars, galaxies or black holes. The homogeneity of matter and the isotropy of space are the very principles of cosmology even if they are only approximate. Galactic clusters (pile-ups) and super clusters, consisting of millions and millions of stars, hardly seem to lessen the effects of scientific fundamentalism. It is true that the visible millions of light years in the universe are but a lump in the primordial soup. People therefore hope that quantum gravity can simply be applied to quantum cosmology and that objects in the universe fit in a specific framework (black holes, galaxies, stars, etc.). They just forget a few minor contradictions. How can we assume that the level of homogene- ity, suggested by the cosmic rays principle, was greater in the begin- ning of the universe and at the same time indicate the expansion rate, which is an essential factor of dilution and therefore of homogeneity over a long period of time? It would be easier to imagine that space is neither homogeneous, nor isotropous by taking into account its fractal nature. This would have a remarkable consequence. According to this fractal topology (volume orientation, reduction rate, number of itera- tions), space travel might be facilitated by following specific space cor- ridors, like the air corridors that exist in commercial aviation. What applies to the entire universe is also applicable to Earth, where certain telluric energy sites constitute narrow passageways between several fractal levels, also called inter-dimensional portals. We could even envision that certain ET races are more inclined to visit us than others are a matter of geography. Another deteriorating factor is that those in favor of the standard cosmological model consider the gravitational instability a fundamen- tal temporal asymmetry of the cosmic evolution: the origin of the uni- verse is highly homogeneous, the present state is not. They claim that this instability is caused by imperceptible fluctuations of the matter that produced the stars we see in the sky at night. Therefore, everything is homogeneous, in which case there is no cause that creates effects, but there are also fluctuations that cannot come from a cause! This causal- 148 The Science of Extraterrestrials: UFOs Explained at Last * Eric Julien because we would be on their way, like a roadmap where the junctions ity, the foundation of all sciences, therefore does not have a cause!
