second and third observer, this same event takes place in the past and in the future respectively, providing that at least two out of three individu- als move in different directions and/or at different speeds. Each observer thus carries his own inner clock and no one in the universe has the mother clock. So many objects in uniform motion, so many affected clocks. They cannot possibly be synchronized. If time no longer has a standard, special relativity dictates that the principle of causality cannot exist either. This applies to each observer who lives in his own reference frame. The so-called world-line cannot exceed a certain angle, the one that constitutes the speed of light. The question that comes up is: which type of causality can exist between two reference frames, between the physical world and the mental world, for instance? Physicists use general relativity to describe gravity as a geometric property of the universe. We learned that the density of mass and energy is a condition for the structure of the ST and that it is this struc- ture that determines the dynamics and the trajectory of the objects present in the universe. Such ST metrics, i.e., the trajectory of objects, are vital to understanding the world. “Whether we address velocities (special relativity) or the intensity of the gravitational potential (gen- eral relativity) time is subject to phenomena,” Klein observed. What I am saying in this book is the exact opposite: phenomena are subject to the passage of time, which allows them to occur or not. However, there exists a natural time flow (fractal reference frame) and an artificial time flow (paranormal). Indeed, we have always seen time and space as passive objects, like the virtual container of the phenomena we study. Nothing prevents us from assuming the opposite point of view and arguing that whoever controls time and space, controls the occurrence of phenomena, such as UFOs, ghosts, extrasensory perceptions, polter- geists and so on. However, how do we control time and space? These phenomena seem paranormal to us, because we do not have such con- trol! We observe as a fact our “limitations” disguised as the norm out- side of which everything is refuted. For now, it is important that we study the time factor in phenomena some more in order to find the missing pieces in the universal puzzle. 130 The Science of Extraterrestrials: UFOs Explained at Last * Eric Julien
