Who are we? Are we not our multiple selves? Are we all identical? Who should “judge”? What should be judged? Who is the “jury” we are talking about? It is obvious that dissecting a question the rational- ist way brings up other questions. Quantum mechanics as well as spe- cial and general relativity taught us to beware of common sense, which is rarely just the temporary state of what is generally accepted. Com- mon sense is not synonymous with truth, far from it. Do we use the right words to discuss time? Some say that time is what happens when nothing happens — as the CEA scientist sug- gested — that it is the most convenient means nature found to stop everything from happening at once. I think the truth is quite different. We will see that everything converges to form a trustworthy represen- tation of 3D time. In absolute relativity, an extension of 3D time, time does not exist when nothing happens. However, it always exists when something does happen. We still need to know how to perceive this “something.” This immediately becomes an ambitious endeavor. We are not just connecting important theories, but reconnecting matter and mind that only seem separate because we do not perceive the temporal dimen- sion. Matter and mind are separated by the “‘conventional time” we carry on our wrist as if we have been shackled. Another objective is to explain paranormal phenomena and the behavior of UFOs. Schopen- hauer argued that “the amazement of scientists is characterized as extraordinary, while the amazement of philosophers is characterized as ordinary.”’ Ordinary reality is in fact extraordinary: all is one! You 4 will see. To unite or to separate? 103
