From our perspective however, we're able to fill in the gaps on how those "spectacular special effects" are done; we're in a position to be able to assess the nature, character, quality and origin of the special technologies (saucer vehicles etc.) required to accomplish the kinds of extraordinary feats outlined in the Alternative III scenario, achieved at a time in the early '60s—for example— when officially we were not supposed to be anywhere near in progress to such capabilities. We are now able to see that, owing to one and the same "event", a shadow government was consolidated which was at the same time able—in its secretiveness—to employ the intruding technologies which had served to blast—harden it into place.
