life. There is a distinction between a planet which has no life at all and a planet which does carry life. It isa step up in the evolutionary process of the planet. Who decides when itis time todo these things? There are those in the spirit and physical who work together and assess the point to which the planet has evolved. And after study- ing the environment, itis determined that the environment has become conducive to supporting life. And so life is given to the planet. And note, I say "given." We, wheredidthe cells originate? Ithink they must have come from some- where to begin with. They were brought from other planets which were already in a high state of evolution. For, at the time of Earth's life charter there were many populated planets in the local universe. And so the cells were brought from some ie of these other planets. This is where free will comes in. Thenyou think that the time will come when we willpasson theseeds, so to speak, that we will seed otherplanets? Itis being prepared for at this time. Even as we speak the prepa- rations are being made. The garden isready to produce. Iwas thinking of our space explorations, and Iwondered if this was what he meant.
