The Reptilians have told some of their abductees that they are actually returning to their home planet (Earth), from which they were driven in ancient times (it is even alleged that they plan to reduce the earth's population through their manipulationeat "Pleiadean" network which has now become famous among contactees. The Lyrans did reportedly interact with ancient Earth in a powerful way. So LYRA is the stellar region where the genesis of the entire Federation is said to have had its roots. The question to ask however would be: Did the Lyrans colonize the Sol system, or did the Solarians - Terrans colonize the Lyran system...? As for the Alpha Draconians, they reportedly spread out the tentacles of their empire to other star systems such as Epsilon Bootes, Altair Aquila, Capella, Zeta Reticuli, and Rigel and Bellatrix in Orion (the latter allegedly contains a huge colony of hybrid Reptilian-insectoid mercenaries, the result of Reticulan genetic engineering).
