powers. Like the "sons of God," our modern alien entities "choose" their sexual cohorts against their will. With reassuring telepathic communication they convince their captives that they mean them no harm and their program is for our benefit. Incredibly, these alien entities are said to enter in ("Walk-ins") and "possess" their human contacts and fill their heads with a pantheistic world-view which denies the God of the Bible and all of the essentials of the historic Christian faith. From the deity of Jesus Christ to the coming Earth changes and the Rapture of the Church, they deny it all. It's interesting to note that Zecharia Sitchin, Erich von Daniken, and many popular authors in UFO circles promote the notion that the "sons of God" who interbred with the "daughters of men" in Genesis 6 were indeed extraterrestrial aliens. Zecharia Sitchin has referred to them as the Anunnaki—"those who from the heavens came." Although these authors recognize the remarkable parallels between the "sons of God" and the alien entities, they fail to point out that for centuries the majority of Jewish, Christian, and secular scholars knew them to be fallen angels—the min-ions of Satan himself. In addition, Sitchin and von Daniken seem to be committed to the "nuts and bolts" extraterrestrial hypothesis, since they choose to ignore the interdimensional nature of UFOs and their alien "pilots." While today many Christians can accept the notion that such Satanic unions might have occurred in the murky past of the days of Noah, the notion that these same events could occur in our "days of enlightenment" causes many to recoil at the thought. But didn't Jesus state that the world's predicament would be as it was in "the days of Noah"? He did, teoa--at indeed! While the days of Noah were also characterized by widespread disobedience, violence, and rejection of God, the Holy Spirit has chosen to emphasize in the Biblical narrative of Genesis 6 the fact that fallen angels, "Watchers," took the daughters of men and created hybrid offspring. For what purpose? To give a historical framework by which we might evaluate the "alien" activities of our day and the arrival of a coming great deception. In addition, we know from many Biblical passages that the time of the end would be Satanically energized, very dark times. Why do some assume that the capabilities and plan of Satan and his fallen angels would be any different in our day? Not only has Satan's plan not changed, but we can expect that in the days to come his assaults on mankind and the plan of God will accelerate and the nations of the world will likely see "alien incursions" that will stagger the minds of men. Indeed, the book of Revelation tells us that in the last days Satan and his fallen angels will be "cast down to earth" in preparation for the final conflagration, the Battle of Armageddon. "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and wat om wae wn A As we approach the end of the 20th century, the interest in extraterrestrial life and UFO phenomena has reached an all-time high. While the scientific community, lead by NASA 153 his angels were cast out with him" (Revelation 12:9). A COMING DECEPTION?
