In the last few decades, a number of Native American shamen, New Age authors, and gurus have connected the accelerating Earth changes to an instantaneous disappearance of millions of people from the face of Earth. This disappearance will be an alien evacuation necessitated by those accelerating changes, which threaten the very existence of the planet.
