Attention: TDPT/UFO
Dear Sir:
SUBJECT: Visual examination of hand writing specimens on enclosed F.T.D. Forms 164
The two s sets of F.T.D. Forms l6k submitted have been examined visually, vithout
the aid of enlarged photographs normally used for this purpose. However, it is
my opinion that the hand writing on these forms, in the names of Henry Seay and
Crma Farr, were both written by the same person. There are many points of
similarity contained in these two specin meas few points of
dis-similarity were found.
However, it is further noted on page 6, item 33 of each sot that a report was
made to the : Sheriff of Bethany, Delawere, under date of June 4, 1967, one at
10:00 a.m. and the other at l0:30 a.m. Both sets have been orenared in the
same color red ballpoint pen.
both subjects had returned to the Sheriff's office and a third party there
