STATEMENT
We, the undersigned, are mambers of the 75th Air Depot ling, Kelly
Flight Line. We had Just finished lunch 14 August l)52 and were lying
on our backs near Building l6l0 resting and avaiting the end of our
Junch broak. At lllo hours, Cantral St Standard Tine, ve noticed an
object in the South sky heading North in a straight flight. The

5000 to 70oo feat. The object appeared oval in shape, ard gave off
a dull whitish color. A P-36 flew over approxinately fifteon minutes
later at about the sano altitude and we decided that the object wes
about one third as large as the L-36. We could hear no noise and
other visible aerodynamic features.
