to Wright-Patterson AFB as you are aware.
I am attaching a copy of a letter I received in December from the Foreign Technology Division. In this letter Major Quintanilla the Foreign Technology Division. In this letter Major Quintanilla
indicates that they have tried to contact gain additional information and have had their correspondence

As you can see from the letter, your friend, ean
obtain his negatives from FTD if he will write to them and request their return. Perhaps he is not aware that somebody is refusing
to accept his mail? In any case, there is no deliberate with- holding of material or information on the part of the Air Foree.
The FTD people expressed in their letter that they would like to obtain more information about this case to make a determinn-
tion on the photos.

June 27, 1967 and subsequent photographs. Your film was received
by the Aerial Phenomena Branch (Project Blue Book) at Wright-Patterson

is a case file, returned from which apparently originated
with you, and which you requested returned - see your letter of December
21, 1967 to As you will see from the handwritten notes it was
not possible to locate so I assume no analysis or study
was made of the case.
If you have a record of other things that ought to be returned to
your office it would certainly help me. The girls at Woodbury now have
not been around long enough to really find things - Harriet has left;
Roy has left - and I'm trying to tidy up.
