We are unable to identify positively the object you observed
edditional information.
The description you provided is consistent with rotating
satellite packages. It would be nearly impossible to determine
which satellite component you might have observe Bince there are
more than forty to the naked eye.
ringed by SACE stations,
but none of these stations reported any unidentified flying objects.
We did not receive any other Uro reports from tbe State of New York.
In the future, if you should observe another unidentified object,
please contact the nearest Air Force installation immediately; it will
be glad to conduct
