This is in response to your conversation on March 1, 1968 with
Major Hhuppertz of the Senate Liaison Office concerning the analyais
/of UFo photographs.
If you will complete the attached questionnaire and mail it in the
inclosed envelope, our technical people at Wright-Petterson Air Force
Base vill perhaps be able to investigate your sighting-
In order to make an eveluation of your photograph, it will be
necessary for you to provide Wright-Patterson Air Foree Ease with
your original negative, (or photograph if Polaroid) together with
the folloving information:
Type and make of camera used Type and make of camere used
Type, focal length, and make of lens Type, focal length, and make of lens
Brand and type of film
Lens opening used; that is, "p" stop Lens opening used; that is, "y" stop
Filters used, if amy
Was camera on tripod or solid stand Was camera on tripod or solid stand
Was "panning" used
Exmct direction camera vas point vith relation to true

this kid had contacted him because he had taken some picture of UFOs.

further instructions as to disposition of cards.
