Sighting
was entered on Dispatch Log for further action.
COMMENTS: Possible lightning passing from cloud to cloud and appearing
from the ground to be a bright oval light moving at a rapid speed.
Low varing cloud thickness could give the effect of flashing rays and
a zig-zag flight path.
/s/ JOHN c. McMILlEn
Observer disregarded above possibility saying it lasted to long,
was to bright, and maintained a constant configuration.
