what appeared to be a birght light over a hill.

Equipment was not used to determine azimuth and elevation. Object
was seen above a hill which obscurred the horizon.

The light disappeared behind the hill. It moved slowly from the
Southwest to the West. It moved up and down slightly as it moved
along the top of the hill.
