bright white lights alternately blinking red and green on the nights
of the 17th, 18th, and 19th of October 1966.

10. Comments of investigating officer: All of the observers listed
in this report seemed rational and it is the investigator's opinion
that they saw the objects as described. However, it is felt that the
obdervers actually only say stars whigh appaared Co ch colovs. Tht

different colors were caused by the prismatic effect of the earth's
atmosphere. above phenomenon was described by Dr. Heinrich
Eichhorn, chairman of the University of South Florida's astronomy
department, as regular spheric dispersion.
