A proper evaluation cannot be made on the information contained in
these reports. UFO reports be investigated in accordance
with AFR 200-2. The fornat fo subnitting the information is con-
tained in paragraph investigating officer's comnents are
of this regulation.
2. Investigating officer should check the local activity for a
possible cause of the stimulus which triggered the observer to report
his obeervation tothe Air Force. This includes aircraft, balloon
launches, etc. Suggest that investigating officer comply with the
contents of AFR 200-2 before submitting g his information to the
addressees listed in the regulation.

Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio
Attached are original copies received concerning the sightings on the
night of 13 June 1966. A check with the White Sands Missile Range
failed to disclose any PA firings coinciding with these reports. I am
unable to identify the sightings.
