of A2C Douglas P. Millard on 8 July 1966.
2. Request that you comply with paragraph 16 of AFR 200-2.
Specifically, you should check to see if any local activity coula
be the responsible cause for this particular sighting. Investigator
should check the tower and I radar operators who were on duty on the
night of the sighting, to see if they noticed any unique or unusual
activity or phe omena which could have been the cause for this
observation. Wish to emphasize that negative answers, in some cases,
are just as impc as positive
