Dear Mr.
Please excuse our delay in answering your letter in which
Without essential data such as angular velocity, flight
characteristics, duration of the sighting, etc., however a
comprehenaive evaluation cannot be undertaken. The form you sent
to our office was of a June 1966 observation. If you had reported
your observation to the nearest Air Force Base at the time, a
detailed investigation would have been undertaken. It is extremely
difficult to investiga ating which 1s or
so old.
Thank you for reporting your observation to the Air Force.
