1 Minute Observer noted object that resembled a satellite such as
6TYPE OF OBSERVATION Echo, however the performance was not that of an orbital
path.
Ground Visual aircraft flying in formation in a N.E. direction. Object
was . silvery and red in color being exceptionally bright.
7. COURSE Since Echo I was in the area 20 r minutes earlier and witness
Eastward said object was observed at about Ol40z it is quite possible
