l. Pursuant to reference (a), enclosure ) is hereby forwarded for
information and evaluation. It is noted that this incident was not
reported to NISRA at the immediate time of observation, however, was
relayed upon preparation of enclosure (1).
2. SRA, NISRA, Camp Pendleton, advised CIS personnel to be certain to
provide such information expeditiously in the same manner as that of a
submarine sighting. They advised that they would comply. SRA further

21 April 66 0430 hours. Mr. and friend
saw a greenish light which first appeared in the form of a horseshoe

report on 26 April 1966 which occured on 2l April 1966. This is
forwarded for your information and action.
2. In an attempt to relate this incident to other activities in the
San I Diego area, the was accomplished.
a. Vandenberg AFB, Calif (Missile Operations) was contacted (Missile Operations) was contacted
