unidentified flying object sighting of 5 April 1966. Attached
are three FTD Forms 164; request you have each witness complete
a forn and return to this office. Particular attention should
be given to what type e of, and duration of disturbance to livestock.

sighting 1966.
2. An interview was conducted on 27 Dec 1966 with

of disturbance to vestock. He said, "I noticed the
disturbance approxime one hour, but the neighbors told
me that the animals disturbed fo or a long time, maybe
four of five hours. They also told me that livestock had
broken out their
