1. This office is in receipt of an unidentified flying object
report regarding & sighting in the Baltimore area on 25 April
1966. Between 2l00 and 2230 EDT an observer watched ten different
groups of objects flying in a "v" shape formation from East to
weat. There were approximately 150 - 200 objects in all; each 2
altitude.
2. From the available information we feel that birds are respon-
sible for the sightings. Information is needed from the radar section
as to whether they had anything on radar that would resemble birds. aa to whether they had anything on radar that would resemble birds.
If there was anything umusual on radar for that night we would
