EVALUATION:
It is quite apparent thät all thrce groups of witnesses sighted the
same or similar object within a radius of Several miles. Each was -
entirely independent of and unkmowin tô each other. The"description of the
UFOis' substantially the same. The chafacteristie bright puloating red
Lights, oval configuration, ability to hover and dard away from a Stondstill
and the humming or whistling söumd are all genuine charadteristies of the
true UFO. This particulsr Bighting very similar to thd Exetor, N.l.
UFC sighting of 9-3a65 which involved a dark efliptical-shaped object
with pulsating bright red lights reported in the vicinity of power
lines. 44 ..
