Sighted a Ur0 on 21 January 1966 at 11:45 P. M. Rb was a very bright
The light was very bright and then became dim and then bright again.
Duration - two minutes. It moved about half the field of vision.
At arms length, it was b bigger t than a dime and not as big as a quarter.
The sky was very clear. He sighted
this light near Big Surf, California. (close to Monteray) It moved at
planet Venus. Sgt. Moody told himm to report future sightings to
Capt. Reichsmuth at Vandenburg, ext. 5504. We told him that we woula Capt. I Reichsmuth at Vandenburg, ext. 5504. We told him that we would
send him three Form l64s. There were two other witnesses.
