much alower speeds than the object which you observed. All
known satellites have an easterly component in their direction
of flight.

His observation is characteristic of a meteor. Duration of
15 seconds is rather 1 long, however, the object did traverse
more than 90 degrees of arc. Satellite observations have

bserved. Also, all kmown satellites have orbital
characteristics of an Easterly component and none present a
flight to the west of the North-South axis.
