Your sighting is regarded as a procable aircrart ocservation.
Unusunl conditions in the atmospiere could nake the aircrart
appear to make sudden changes in altitude.

We have received a brief report of an unidentified d servetion
by of Drive, Baltimore, Maryland.
The object which he observed on 8 Aug had flashing rad and green
revolving lights. The reported flight included sudden changes in
altitude. With this exoeption, the sighting is charucteristic
of an aireraft observation. His sighting is regerded as a prob-
able aircraft observation with the changes in altitude attributed
to an illusion or unusual conditions in the atmosphere.
