contacted police headquarters and stated, that he, his mother,
sister and 3 neighbors had observed two bright objects which appeared to be like
stars, traveling at a very high altitude; #l traveling northwest, #2 traveling
northeast. The object changed from red to bluish green to a brilliant white, faded
for a second then came back. David Williams stated the object was visible for
approximately 2 hours. The object was ground visual without any optical aids.
